One-time credit purchases

Writing Prompt Generator is operated by Li Jing (李靖), an individual based in China. Our credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Waffo Pancake handles checkout as Merchant of Record.

Requesting a refund

Contact support@writingpromptgenerator.net within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and account email. We offer a full refund for a completely unused credit pack. If part of a pack has been used, contact us: we assess the unused portion and any delivery problem individually. Duplicate or unauthorized charges and service failures can be reported immediately. Do not send card details, passwords or API keys.

Failed requests and credit adjustments

Failed or safety-blocked AI requests return their full reserved credit cost automatically. Approved payment refunds remove the corresponding purchased credits. If those credits have already been consumed, the account can show a balance adjustment and pause AI use until it is settled. Approved refunds are returned through Waffo to the original payment method where supported. If that is unavailable, support will discuss an alternative with you. Bank posting time depends on your payment provider.

Your rights

This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. We acknowledge support requests within 3 business days and aim to decide them within 7 business days. Keep your order reference until resolved.
