Using the Tools
Writing Prompt Generator is operated by Li Jing (李靖), an individual based in China. This digital writing service provides random prompts, AI custom prompts, scene outlines and focused revisions, with account projects and version history. AI text generation and safety checks depend on API Mart and its GPT or Claude model services. Free random prompts work without registration. Google sign-in is required to claim AI credits, create account projects or purchase credits. Users must be at least 18 and have authority to accept these Terms for themselves or an organization they represent. By using the service you agree to these Terms; paid checkout also requires agreement to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy linked below. Send a message to support@writingpromptgenerator.net. Generated Content
You retain rights in material you submit. You grant only the permissions needed to process it and return the requested result through our providers. Prompts and AI output can repeat, contain errors or infringe third-party rights. Review results before use; we do not guarantee exclusivity, canon accuracy, legal clearance or commercial suitability. You are responsible for your use, especially for fanfiction and third-party characters.
Acceptable Use
Use the service for non-explicit creative writing. Do not request explicit sexual content, sexual content involving minors, graphic gore, targeted hate or abuse, or instructions enabling serious harm. Do not bypass safety checks, account verification, quotas or payment controls. We may suspend abusive access; contact support to appeal. Never share login sessions or credentials.
Service Limits
Each verified Google account receives 6 AI credits once. A completed custom prompt uses 1 credit, scene outline 5 and focused revision 3. Failed or safety-blocked requests return the reserved cost. Paid packs are Starter $9/120 credits, Writer $19/300 and Studio $39/750, in USD, plus applicable taxes shown before payment. Packs are one-time purchases, have no expiry, and do not renew automatically. Credits are service usage units and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Waffo Pancake handles payment as Merchant of Record. Credits are granted only after server verification. Refunds remove the corresponding credits; consumed refunded credits can create a balance adjustment which must be settled before further paid AI use.
Contact
The Refund Policy explains requests for unused purchases, duplicate charges and delivery failures. Service and models may change or be unavailable; no unlimited usage or uninterrupted operation is promised. Existing projects remain readable/exportable when credits run out. You can stop using the service or request account deletion through support. There is no recurring charge to cancel. If we discontinue the paid service or terminate your access for reasons unrelated to your breach, contact support for a refund of unused purchased credits. Material pricing or policy changes will be announced on this site at least 14 days before taking effect, unless an urgent legal or security change requires an earlier update; new prices apply to future purchases. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and liability for a paid service dispute is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability which cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support for billing, refund, privacy, security and other disputes. These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator in China, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction.
