A few details. Endless possibilities.
Unexpected allies: a scene for your characters
Put two familiar characters in an alternate version of their world where unexpected allies confronts them with a task neither can finish alone. One must ask for help from the person they understand least. Show their relationship changing through an action, and leave room for your interpretation of canon.
The Fanfic Prompt Generator suggests non-explicit scenes built around character dynamics, relationships and tropes. Free seeds work without an account. For optional AI customization, describe the fandom or original world, characters, pairing or friendship and the facts a scene should preserve. The result is a text premise, not an official statement about canon or a reproduction of source dialogue. Writers remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, respecting rights and developing the scene in their own words.

Fanfic Prompts by Fandom
Enter a fandom or describe an original world, then add the character dynamics the scene should preserve. A useful brief includes what the characters want and how they disagree. AI output is an interpretation, not a verified statement about canon.
Plot Bunnies and Tropes
Unexpected allies: two rivals must complete a task neither can do alone. Found family: a character is offered a place at a table and must decide whether to stay. Alternate universe: change one social role while preserving a familiar emotional conflict.
Ship and Character Prompts
A relationship scene needs a change: a favor accepted, a boundary stated, or a trust earned. Keep romance non-explicit. Supply the pairing or friendship context instead of relying on the generator to infer it from a name.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this write a finished story?
The free tool gives a writing seed. AI customization shapes that seed; a story project can develop it into a scene outline. This version does not generate complete chapters.
Can I use it for free without signing up?
Yes. Random prompts, the prompt library, copying and browser saves are free and need no account. Google sign-in gives each verified account 6 AI credits once. A custom prompt costs 1 credit, an outline 5 and a revision 3. Remaining credits are shown before generation; failed or safety-blocked requests return the reserved cost.
What gets saved when I develop an idea?
Browser-saved prompt cards stay in that browser. After Google sign-in, story projects, briefs, locked facts and outline versions are saved to your account. Sign in with the same Google account to return to them. Project reading, fact editing and text export do not use AI credits. Export work you want to keep independently.
Can I change the details of a prompt?
Yes. Treat a free seed as a starting point and edit it yourself, or add constraints in AI mode. A project lets you lock facts before asking for a revised outline.
What content can I request?
Non-explicit creative writing, including romance, suspense and atmospheric horror. AI requests and results are checked for explicit sexual content, sexual content involving minors, graphic gore, targeted abuse and instructions for serious real-world harm.
